2016 Holiday Schedule
Per University of Alabama operations, the following dates will be regarded as holidays for University staff members including those in the Student Health Center and Pharmacy.
- New Year’s Day The 2015 Holiday period will begin on Thursday, December 24, 2015 and will extend through Sunday, January 3, 2016.
- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day Monday, January 18
- Spring Break Saturday, March 12, 2016 through Sunday, March 20, 2016
- Independence Day Monday, July 4, 2016
- Labor Day Monday, September 5, 2016
- Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 24, 2016 through Sunday, November 27, 2016
- Christmas, The 2016 Holiday period will begin on Thursday, December 22, 2016 and will extend through Tuesday, January 3, 2017

The majority of our provider time is scheduled for walk-in patients with medical problems, such as illness or injury. The following services are by appointment only:
- Nutrition counseling
- Psychiatric services
- Allergy shots
- Women’s health (well and sick)
- Substance abuse visits
Appointments for the clinic are made by calling the appointment clerk at (205) 348-2778. Behavioral health appointments are made by calling their appointment clerk at (205) 348-8262. Missed appointments for either clinic will be subject to a no show fee charged to a student’s account if not canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
*All patients must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing to be seen same day.
